Cancellation of adoption-whether possible

Dear Sir/madam,

Whether adoptive parents can cancel the adoption on the ground that adopted son is harassing and trying to kill adoptive parents on knifepoint . The son was adopted validly by an order of court. Now the adopted son is major.

I would like to have judgment in support of cancellation of adoption.

Let the adopted parents lodge a complaint against the adopted child if the threat is persisting and beyond tolerance or control and also they can very well take measures to protect themselves for the assaults. For judgement about cancellation of adoption deed, you may have to make your own efforts to search for one since it is your client's case.
