How can the Notice Bail be cancelled ?
If in CAW starting itself NB is taken & 4 months thereafter FIR registers. Then 5 months further thereafter if PS doesn't call u or notes down in case diary that premises locked fraudulently using Vitamin M from opp gang, then after 5 months of FIR can they apply for NB Cancellation by saying that NOT Co-operating with Investigation espl when the MAIN ACCUSED/ HUSBAND is constantly shooting multiple RTI, FA, SA & Complainst against PIO's of Dlehi Police ?
