can we practice any where

Hi, This is madan from Karnataka,,,,, i studied my law graduate in other state but i want to practice in my home town in Karnataka but in our taluk bar council the president of bar council not allowing to register in that bar council....they asked me documents and i showed all documents and he enquired in state bar council they told all documents are correct but now I visit to taluk bar council but not registering.....please give any suggestions and do need full

If you done done the regular course of LLB (three years or five years ) from a recognised colloge or university then you are eliglible to practice, However you need to appear in BCI test;

go through the rules of BCI. If you have every requierment as per rules then you can file a writ petition seeking directions upon the SBC to enroll you.
