My husband was returning from magadi twds bangalore with his family friend. there was a root of a tree besides a pothole. in order to avoid that the vehicle got skidded and fell. the pillion rider (lady) condition is critical. my husband was also hospitalised and discharged. they have file d FIR against my husband u/s ipc 279, 337. they are asking for a settlement/ compensation and they are ready to withdraw the case by putting the same on a stamp paper , attested by notary. chargesheet is not yet filed. we have already released the vehicle from the station. they are not ready to go ahead with the case. kindly guide us in this regard.
