Hello Experts!!
my tenant started living in my house since 2014 without agreement and then in 2018 we got the agreement done.on the basis of that his tenancy got expired on 30th June 2019 but tenant did not leave the house instead he filed for stay order on 5th July and but court said without listening to landlord,we can't give stay..
since then he is living in the house and not vacating it.
Does he any legal rights to live in the house if stay is not granted and pending for hearing?
