Can Someone Help me to get a Copy of the SC Judgement of Civil Appeal 8403 of 1995.
Originally the case was SLP (Civil) 8915 of 1990 and later converted to Civil Appeal 8403 of 1995.
Copy of the said Judgments is not available of the NIC website https://judis.nic.in/. However as per the NIC Website the said case was disposed on 11-09-1995.
I’m willing to pay all the applicable fees; if someone can arrange to get me a copy of the said judgement.
