Rajasthan Government allotted some land to schedule caste person in year 1975.
So, Does govt. alloted this land for benefit of entire family (self, his wife and his child, his father, his mother, his unmarried sister) or specific to a person (self, his wife and child) only ?
Sister was unmarried in year 1975. now she is married.
Now father, mother and person is no more.
Can sister claim her equally right on this land ?

Check notification of government under which land was allocated, generally this type of allotment is for entire family.
