A juvenile has been accused of s.302 of IPC . he volunteerly surrendered before juvenile board. now the police is asking the juvenile under police custody for examination. my question is:
1. whether police can take a juvenile under police custody?.
2. IS there any precedent to prevent police from taking such custody?
3. whether the police took custody of juvenile in "delhi rape case"?
