No you cannot file e caveat ..if you want to file caveat in person for that you only don't need to hire an advocate on record, and no e caveat option is there.

Seek permission of Registry to file caveat on behalf of party-in-person.
It would be advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, guidance. and necessary proceeding.
