Can my brother evict me from my father's house?

I have been living in my parent's house in Bangalore for over 30 years. I have a brother and sister, both living abroad. Both my parents have passed away and now my brother is forcing me to sign a rental agreement and pay him rent or he says he will evict me even though he is not the owner of the house. I don't have any other house. Is there any law that will support me?

Why they are forcing. They have any legal rights.u appoint advocate &issue legal notice to them. If they don't care file a civil case for partition .if they are in abroad let they come and fight in indian court.Teach them a good lesson to step themto court. They are thinking it is as easy as eating banana.indian judiciary will teach them good lesson. Their grand children's will also remember it. Don't be afraid go bravely to court &teach them lesson. Let they come abroad &continue litigation.
