can i withdraw my EPF offline without aadhar card

its been 3 months.i left my job. I requsted to HR for my EPF withdrawal online but she said that i required to submit my aadhar card but the problem is there is diffrent name on my aadhar card and i went to the nearby aadhar enrollment centre and they said that it will take atleast 2 months. I require it within a month so is they there is any way where i withdraw my EPF offline but without linking my aadhae card because my PAN card and bank details are updated on my EPF account so please help me out.Im from amritsar and my PF account is from Delhi/cpm.
