Can i sell my property without my wife's consent

Sir, I want to sell my property. Me and my wife have been estranged for close to a year and she does not respond to whatever means of contact. I want to sell my flat that I reside in. Is my wife's consent and signature necessary to sell my flat? Thank you.

If your wife has joint ownership in your property then you can never sell without hercsignatures, if the documents are purley in your name and your wive's name is no where mentioned in any records or documents then you can sell it now...
