My tenants advocate told court that mesne profit be kept very low as his clients can't afford. On the basis of plain averments without giving any supporting documents court fixed mesne profit at very low , much less then market.
Can I file case of perjury and misguiding court on advocate and tenants and ask court to get their IT returns, other info which will prove their lifestyle.

Yes. You can do immediately on the party.but not on lawyer.

Before filing for perjury you have to ascertain your case with proof, you are within your right to file,but i think the nature of perjury is not of grave nature, and as such the court may not take a strong note of it.
