Can i buy property which is of agrrment of sale cum gpa

Hi,

Can I buy property(open plot) which is of Agreement of sale cum GPA with possession dated 13-Mar-2015,If yes what are the precautions that i need to take.?

@author, obtain EC for the property and previously registered document/s of the owner, copy of GPA, from registry office. The owner i.e. who gave power of attorned shall alive as the date of execution of your deed. consult a local lawyer to advise you and prepare the draft deed of sale.
