Dear Members,
I want to apply for permanent residency for Australia, but my wife and her parent’s harasses me and says that if i apply for the PR for other country they will file dowry and harassment case against me. they earlier also has harassed me on different issues.
Please advise me
1. If I apply for PR and then they filled a case against me will I be able to clear the visa requirements?
2. will I be able to leave the country, if dowry and harassment case is going against me?
3. can i apply any other visa like student visa? if case has been registered against me?
