I resigned from my company this month and they have stopped my last month salary. Also I mentioned in my resignation that I won't be able to serve notice period. Later on when they called I asked them to discuss but they are not willing to discuss and forcing me to serve 60 working days notice period. What I can do ?
read your appointment letter if there is mention that notice period time then u have to serve that much period or else you have to pay that much period amount to company or else at the last company can hold your salary
