If gramkantam land has been done with proper registration in SRO office and reflecting in EC in favour of owners name, can i purchase the property through sale deed, can i go for the registration to SRO Office???
and after purchasing the property who will give the permission to built a house in gramakantam land???
Because i met muncipal officers ( 2 yrs back it was grama panchayti ) they are saying that okay you are done with proper registration on your name only and the property belongs to you only but generally gramakantam lands doesn't have survey numbers so according to municipal norms we can't able to give permission to construct a house in that land, if you came 2 yrs back it was grama panchayti only at that time we have right to give permission but not now due municipal norms are not met ( survey no is not there ) With out permission how can i pay LRS and BRS and how can i construct the house who will help me in that plz suggest
