My friend had started his job... Had not complete one month.... On the 25th day of job.. He fell sick and come to home and next day goes to doctor and doctor prescribed him 5 day rest.... He had given medical and doc prescripttion as a proof to manager But company.. Policy bazaar saying that you should stay at home
Of course there are labour laws in the country, but you will lose your case because you haven't completed your probation even, but remained absent for 5 days and your medical certificate, if any, would not be from Govt. hospital/doctor also.
