Can a lower court review its dismissal of divorce petition judgement
Or can any review petition against the judgement filled by the petitioner avoiding appeal in highcourt.
If yes, please mention rules regarding this
1. A Court who has pronounced orders /judgements, is barred to review or hear appeal on its own judgment.
2. Review /Appeal is possible only in Appellate court, as provided by under the respective section in the Act itself. There is no specific rule for such things.
