iam buying a property which is under bank take over, previous owner failed to pay the loan so bank has takeover the house, my question is, if bank give the tender to low quote with some illegal dealings, if someone put a case on bank about tender curruption, is there is any problems after I registered that property in my name
Go ahead with the purchase. You have been bold enough to say that you will apply the underhand dealing in it. You are not stealing it from the rightful custodian the bank. You have rightly asked, "who can put case........that".
