I have bought a flat (for inventing purpose) in Pune with 4 partners(friends). We did MOU (MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING) and flat is booked in the name of one of friend(not me). So he became the owner of the flat. We mutually decided to pay amount to one of the friend (owner) every month and maintaining Google doc to check share for every month given to friend. This fellow pay amount to builder time by time.
So could you please suggest, do we really need to do agreement among us from future prospects. If yes then please advice what should we need to do regarding any discrepancy.
