I am trying to procure a land deal in Greater Mumbai, which is actually slums (500) on collector's land and have their registered society, since 1958, 1/3rd of them are shareholders. The quetion is that the tenants do not want any redeveloped property, but a high cost for their plots. I want to understand what hurdles will I face in this procurement deal from govt side.
