Building maintenance

hi

i have join 1bhk and 1 bhk flats that become jodi flat registration of both flats are on different name .I m paying maintenance as 1 flat. my friend has brought two 1bhk flats but not join. one on his name other on brother name as we charge single culture fund 100 to each flat .so jodi flat we count one .we are taking 200 from him now he is saying that I will also give only 100 .

What is your problem, if you have any problem you first sort it out with your association concerned and then think about the legal formalities if it remains unsolved
