I have one query to ask we have plot in Delhi and give to builder to construct in return he has take one floor from us.
He made a draft Sale Deed for one floor in his name and want us to get it register in the court in his name .
In sale deed its written there are 4Floors with Slit parking but in reality there is just old building with 2flloor.
Kindly let us know is possible that we can register a sale deed in builder name or is there another way out in which he make sure we will not sell this floor to anyone.
