Hi,
I'm working in Pune and I own house in Vidarbha.
My tenant had given me cheque against pending house rent for 6 months.
As expected the cheque bounced.
My question is where can I file case for this bounced cheque and also how am I supposed to file this case.
The cheque he gave me is of some cooperative bank in Vidarbha and I've account with SBI Pune where I was trying to deposit the money.
