I am Jayanthi.g from coimbatore..My birth place is thirunelvelli.In my birth certificate my mothers name is vijayalakshmi and in all other it is vijaya.How can i change it to vijaya in birth certifacate .its really difficult to apply for passport now..whether i can change it in coimbatore or i have to apply for it in thirunelvelli.some one help me please.

you have to take name correction affidavit and
resubmit to the municipal office were you have obtained from

I was born in mumbai and my name is A.Ashish jain but the name in birth certificate is ashish.my fathers name is ashok kumar but the name in birth certificate is ashok sumermal jain.my mothers name is usha devi but the name in my birth certificate is usha..what am i supposed to do?
how do i change it?please help me..i was born in mumbai but now i reside in madurai(tamilnadu)..
