Bigamy central govt service

Dear Sir,
we got married 1992
two kids ( son 24 years, Daughter 18years)
my husband converted into Islam married a prostitute
I hv all photos and few audio recording

MY husband sent me divorce notice from court.

QUERY : if I prove his illegal marriage how will I get benefited ( I mean Gratuity, PF amount)
The prostitute is well aware that my husband is married and got two kids.
Can law punish her inspite of knowing she married.

File suit for maintenance under125crpcand also divorce with family benifit. File complaint against bigamy in criminal court.

if husband is commuting mistake how come their family is effected without a peny in hand. instead husband gets his punishment and family is paid. can this happen

In that case any nomination namde in favour of the said lady will not be valid and in case of his death you get allthe beenfits.

However if he retires he is free to draw this amount and hand over to anyone he likes.

conversion to islam does not save a govt servant from charge of bigamy.

You have not stated religion of other woman.

If you write to the Government, he will be dismissed from service irrespective of his religion. Conversion for the purpose of a second marriage will not save him or his new wife from IPC Section 494 either.
