Beyond juridiction

What is the meaning of beyond jurisdiction???

As per my understanding:- Beyond Juridition means out of court territory (Court does not have Juridiction to enertain petition) 

Brief:-

someone make private complain to claim maintance in a court showing that there is submitted petition in court's juridiction. from respondent's end production the documents/evidense, courts came to know that petitioner's intetion is malafide and her application doest not come in the  terirtorial juridiction of  the court and accordingly application is dismissed.

Means X is produced petition in a court (to harras husband) actully which is not proper court juridiction, In supporting to X , Y also produced affidavit before court but petition rejected due to z proved that this is not proper juridiction.
