My mother have been flatly cheated by my father with all his cunning and fradulent character for almost 30 years since their marriage.
Since August 2010, I have taken her with me along with my ister and now living sepeartely from my father. He have not given any salary since years of his service as govt employee, PF and pension, retirement benefits. Now, can she claim any thing from him. if so, please help me. Also, he is smart enough and kept many debts and now no one can consider his pension and benfeits for attachments. I do not know, after his death, what happens. help me.
