I have purchased a flat in nashik in 2006 but builder could not provide Building Completion Certificate till date, when we contacted Municipal corp, they told us that there is side margin problem and for that they imposed penalty on builder which builder is not paying. He is insisting us to pay the same . He is arguing verbely that he has sufficient land in record but he not found the same in physical, so he will not pay the penalty.
Pl. suggest us what to do.

This is Builder resposibiliti because u read agreemrnt the all liabelity for this scheme / building is only Builder. The corporation give a notice to builder why builder not pay the amount, U or other member file a suit against the Builder for this and go to consumer court.
