In England Queen is the Constitution.
In India the Kings have been replaced by Constitution.
For the answers to the questions pertaining to the national interest, and while taking policiy decisions, whenever the doubt arises of its correctness, one can always refer to the Superemo i.e. the guardian of the nation or equivalent called the constitution.
