Bar council of india

If anybody is mutual fund distributor or agent from past 10 years & afterwards he completed LLb...then can he do mutual fund distribution part time ?.along with advocacy ?

After enrolling as an advocate the person cannot pursue his past business or a new business.

It will be consdiered as an act of misconduct  as per the Advocates act
