Bank home loan harassment

Please urgent.

Bank recalled the home loan while I almost agreed to pay in Permanent Lok adalat. As I cannot pay whole, I filed consumer case. After an year or so they sent another letter cancelling loan recall. Can bank recall home loan and cancel recall as per their wish ? Which law is applicable. I am troubled a lot.

if it a PUBLIC bank,get everthing in WRITING IN RTI and proceed accordingly.
banks services are getting rehauled well these days. so , if it a public SECTOR, you can certianly escalate to RBI

Case is going on in consumer court. Prayer about invalid dues and compensation nothing about loan recall. I filed complaint myself. I want to know answer to my question. I expected some answer.
