Hello,
In a CBI Special court, sessions court, Mumbai I was granted and paid cash bail for Rs.25000/- . Bail order mentions " be released on bail excution of PR bond in the sum of Rs.25000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount"". Temp bail is granted till next date.
Can I offer Bank FD or cash towards completing my bail formalities ?
