Dear respected Sirs/Madams,
I belongs to MOGER caste in karnataka & my native place is Bhatkal, North Kanara (Uttara Kannada) district. From 1994 onwards various authorities started giving unnecesary problems in issuing Scheduled caste certificate to our community. Then individuals went to court for asking caste certificate where employment requirement is there. Honable court in all the cases has granted Scheduled caste certificate for Moger caste who belongs to North Kanara district.
Vrious other organizations with the intention of hatredness created havoc by using various authorities & politicians to not issue or consider MOGER as scheduled caste. Then our caste association went court, where honable high court of karnataka clearly told to issue caste certificate for all MOGER without any further delay.
Sir we suffered a lot from last 18 years with this corruptive & horripic system mafia. Now as a ray of hope please provide your valuable inputs and path forward.
