Is Transfer deed attested by Notary valid ?? or it needs to be attested by Bank Manager only ??
In case of Bank Manager , will private bank work or not ??

Bank Manager dnt have any attestation power of legal document. You have to duly notarised the Transfer Deed. And for giving more legal status you can go for registration of the deed.

On the back of the Share Transfer deed , it is mentioned that Bank manager can attest that. I enquired from one of the small share agents . He told that only Bank manager can do the same.
