ATTACHMENT OF SALARY

Sir I am serving in defence.My salary is attached towards maintenance arrears.Does salary attachment shall continue in pension also after retirement.How should I save my pension from attachment

Salary disbursing and pension disbursing authorities are different. Pension attachment will not be automatic. But the party who got your salary attachment order, can make a fresh application for the attachment of pension.
