I have defaulted in business loan availed from a nationalized bank and have beeen served notice under sarfesai act . We have moved to DRT and currently the proceedings are on . Meantime bank has served us a notice under 19(25) of the Recovery of Debts to Banks and Financial 1993read with section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for attachment of personal property . Meantime bank has already published auction notice for sale of the asset and collateral security offered .

The personal property for which the bank has filed a recevery application is my residence which is already mortgaged with another bank ( housing loan ).
