a person got an attachment order before judgement basing on the promissory note on x .THE property so attached is ancestors property. after knowing the same Son of X filed a Petition for impleading petition to implead him as one of tye defendants to the as the property is ancestors.
can son of X is a right for filing an impleading petition in the court.
