Respected sir,
My client executed a promisery note for the balence amount of Rs.50,000/-.
The petttioner filed a suit in as per the Order XXXIII RULE 5( 1 AND 2) OF THE CPC.
How to save my client ?
Details of the suit as follows
The promisery note written on dated 6 /12/2011 on white papaer affixing the 1 rupee revenue stamp , with 3 witnessess.There is no intrest amount mentioned .But the suit and legal notice asking 2% intrest
The suit filed on 10th July 2012
