Dear sir, I have selected to buy a poultry farm property in 1 acre 13 guntaa's a place for 30 lakhs and made an agreement for sale on paid around 22 lakhs as of now and remaining at the time of registration. But we came to know that the same is in assigned land as per latest G.O. That we came to know when we went for registartion,she said i will not registrar this land because it is assigned.and the owner is ST candidate.now he is not in a position to return our money.
Please advise me in this case what to do now with this assigned land. what would be my liability towards that property. Is there any such process of regularisation and what would be the amount
i may need to pay for PERFECT TITLE. Is there any such clause that i need to surrender my property to the Govt. in case
it is in assigned land. PLEASE PLEASE SUGGEST ME THIS AN URGENT ISSUE SIR.
