Arya Samaj Marriage Delhi

Hi, I am 23 years old and jainism and my gf is 23 year old hindu. We want to get married but our parents are against it. We both are earning sufficient. I am planning to get married in october 2015 without parent's consent. I have read about arya samaj marriage which doesn't require parents consent. Also i don't want the information to go to parents as we are planning to tell our parents at right time. Please guide me. I am planning to get married in delhi. Please suggest some organization which can help me in the whole procedure. Thanks in advance
