Are notorized sale deed valid

Hello Experts,

We are two brothers living in common house. It is registered to name of my younger brother. Sometime back we did notarized agreement by which my brother sold house to me. Unluckily, wife of younger brother has filed false DV on our family.

My questions is whether she can claim share in  property which is registered to name of my younger brother but has been sold to me by notarized sale deed?

If not valid is there any way I can make it valid without having spent stamp duties?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Manish

Notarized sale deed is not a valid sale deed you should get it registered with paying of equivalent stamp duty  you can now itself register the said sale deed exsecuted during that period ,  but like to know how did your brother had title over said property  is it is self earned property, ancestral property
