I intend to buy an apartment in new tippasandra bangalore. The plan was approved in the year 1992 by HA sanitary board and the apartment was constructed in the year 2003 according to the plan approved by HA sanitary board.
Later the builder got one BBMP approved plan in the year 2002 and got construction license from BBMP for the same . But the apartment built was totally different from the approved plan.
The apartment was constructed based upon the HA sanitary board approved plan .
Kindly advise whether i can go ahead with the purchase of the aparment.
