Appointment on compassionate grounds

Sir/madam, i have completed M.Tech(2015-16), my father was lecturer in karnataka govt pu college.He was suffering from cancer...,and he expired on on 03/03/2016 at the age of 57.so pleease provide me the new rules for Appointment on Compassionate Grounds in karnataka govt...,and the procedures for the same.

The dependants of the deceased Karnataka government employee shall submit application for compassionate appointment within a period of One Year from the date of death of such government employee and as on that date the dependant shall attain the age of 18 years.first submit application to the authority concerned and obtain details from the department concerne.
