Applying mutual consent divorce from US in india

How to apply mutual consent divorce from US when wife is in India, should i need to appear in indian court when filing?

yes both of you need to be present at the time of filing the petition for mcd

Yes you must appear before the court. Better she may file contest divorce on desertion ground and get exparte divorce. And then you get this certified copy.

Yes your physical presence is compulsary at the time of filing mcd petition and at the time of second motion.
