Application for nbw cancellation rejected by mm...remedy?

My application for cancellation of NBW issued against my client was rejected....what remedy do I have now? Should I approach sessions court or should I go for 482 in High court?

As per procedure you should approach Court of Session but nothing in law stop you from approaching High Court.
