Application for keeping passport of child in joint bank lock

HI,

Can anybody help me on what grounds can a passport of the child can be kept in joint locker during and after litigation.

I have a fear that my wife along with my child who has a canadian Vistior Visa may take away the child.

Second her brother has already applied for a green card for them way back 12 years ago and may arrive anytime.

Currently she has filed for Divorce along with permamnet custody

Can somebody let me know how to approach the court with an application as i have an apprehension.

You have to keep a track on her movements and then lodge a police complaint to restrict her from moving the child out of the country without your knowledge/consent especially when there is a case pending in this regard before the court and you may also move an IA for injunction in the same suit restraining her from taking away the child before the disposal of the child custody case.

You cannot ask the authorities to impound the child's passport, it is illegal.
