Dear members,
Could anybody explain the provision (constitutional or otherwise) under which Punjab VAT Act has been extended to the Chandigarh UT.
There is no specific provision in Constitution of India with respect to formulation of law or regulation for Chandigarh UT as it is available for other UTs under Art 240 of Constitution of India.
