How to draft an appeal before Securities Appellate Tribunal u/s 15T of SEBI Act, 1992 ? I am enclosing herewith the model question paper of CS Professional Course (New Syllabus) of elective paper 9.2 " Capital, Commodity & Money Market ". Question No. 1 of the said model Q.P. asks for drafting an appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal under Section 15T of the SEBI Act, 1992 against this order (please see Q. No.1 in the attachment) in about 1500 words. Please help me. I am also obliged if any reference book is suggested in respect of drafting of any appeal against the order of SEBI before Securities Appellate Tribunal. Thanks.
